Dorm Rooms

$18 per person per night

Backpacker Hostel Dorm Rooms Male and Female dorms are available with 5, 7 and 8 beds. Large share bathrooms are available on each floor of each wing. Sheets, pillows and pillowslips are provided. Doonas and blankets are available for hire at $3 per night or $5 per week.




Twin Rooms

$22 per person per night

Backpacker Hostel Twin Rooms Spacious twin rooms have two single beds for you and a friend. Basic linen is provided and each room has a sink with running water, a closet and drawers. Doonas and blankets are for hire as above. Bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared. Several Triple rooms are also available upon request.

Double Rooms

$45 per room per night

Each room is equipped with a Queen sized bed and its own sink and running water. All linen is supplied including doonas and blankets. Bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared.

Private Ensuite Rooms


$60 per room per night

Backpacker Hostel Double Rooms Ensuite are equipped with Queen sized beds, TV/DVD player and your own private bathroom with a toilet and shower. All linen is supplied including towels and soaps. Kitchen facilities are shared.

VIP & YHA Discount

Tasman Backpackers offers a $1 per night discount to VIP and YHA members and a 10% discount for anyone paying for seven days up-front.
